  Step 5:

  Take a piece of the special Flash Trax tape and place it sticky side
  up just above the piece of sectioned hair.  Make sure that you leave
  at least 1/8 inch of distance between the hair section line and the
  Flash Trax tape.  Then release the sectioned hair and place it over
  the Flash Trax tape and press gently.  It is recommended that you
  then clip the taped hair in its new position.  Continue this process
  until the entire marked area has been under taped in this manor.

Step 6:

Place a thin coat of the Flash Trax unique adhesive over
each section of hair and exposed surface of Flash Trax
tape.  You may use a blow dryer set on low to expedite the
adhesive drying process.  Do not over dry!  The adhesive
should be slightly tacky.
