  1.  Have your employees wear extensions in their own hair.
  2.  Have a brochure about your new services.  Leave it at tanning booths, health spas, boutiques, etc.
  3.  Don't start with promotions and ads until you are satisfied with your skill level and results.
  4.  Always try to take photos of your clients before and after the treatment.
